| Year 2003 04 |
In this year it was difficult to be established and some indispensable problem had to face by the institute like selection of place, power, space, ventilation, room capacity, electricity, water crisis etc.
But barring the entire major problem we transpire as a blossom.In this financial year the total number of candidate to be coached were 28 and 7 student were selected in PET/PMT/PPT. 3 among were girl and 1 was scheduled cast boy and 3 boys from OBC category.

| Year 2004 05 |
In this year, last year responses given us a new looks and shininess. More and more queries came but due to our very low tuition fees, so many parents places negative perception about us.
In this year 31 students selected in institute through a local entrance test (LET) and coached. 18 among them got selected in various streams. It was great enthusiastic results that our pass percentage was terrific in comparison with top coaching institute. Among it, 7 were girl and 11swere boy and total 8 OBC, 2 SC, 3 ST students got selected. Collector Bhopal given us appreciation letter. |
| Year 2005 06 |
n this year so many remote queries come in to existence to get admission in our institute but it was difficult to admit the entire student because our financial capacity didn't permit us. So we limited/decided not to be coached more than 50 students in one financial year. And it too decided that it needed more devotional teachers to join us and organization should make a coaching Institute project proposal to take financial assistance from Govt. of India.
In this year 49 students were coached and 21 were selected in various stream like PET/PMT/PPT etc. 1 student selected in IIT Kanpur, 9 girls selected among them 4 were OBC and 1 were ST. among 12 boys, 3 were SC and 5 were ST and I was from minority community. |
| Year 2006-07 |
This year coaching tried hard to uplift remote poor students belonging to the entire category especially other backward class, Minority and economically weaker scheduled cast students. As we know our organization policy is to uplift downtrodden weaker section students regarding all the areas whether it is Government sectors or Private sector. We now decided to thrust upon not only technical professional courses likeengineering, medical, pharmacy etc but the courses related to banking, Railways, subordinate, lower/upper subordinate services. We now committed to get the job in private corporate sectors. We are certain that no other private welfare coaching institute would have been so successful to get the job for minority and Obc/Sc students or prepared for interviews/group discussion or personality development as we done this year.
This year our success rate reaches higher as compared to last year. We arranged placement services too for our struggling students. This made other unsuccessful students more confident to achieve their targets. The Students succeeded in technical courses like PET/PMT were 141, Selection in PSC/UPSC/Govt. Entrance Examination were quite satisfactory as compared to last year 20% more students got to be selected. Total no are 152. In private placements, no of job which found by our candidates are 108 as no of students were 221. Any institute can proud of it as our faculty is very hard working from every nook and corner Our overall percentage of success is appx 50% of this year.
We are committed now that our effort and thrust will put us on the place of such parameter that no one can challenge us. We are now planning to focus on expand our operation areas some other Districts too. |
| Year 2007-08 |
Now ambica coaching institute is flying high in the sky as it is raising its height. This year we are planning to tie up with some good expertise and consultants so that our coaching could get the advantage of intellectuals like Dr Noor Sir forchemistry, Amit Shukla for physics and mathematics
This year our success rate has again reached higher as compared to previous year. We again arranged placement for our diehard students. This made other unsuccessful students much enthusiast to achieve their targets. The Students succeeded in technical courses like PET/PMT were 156 out of 269, Selection in PSC/UPSC/Govt. Entrance Examination were quite satisfactory as compared to last year more students got to be selected. Total no are 171. In private placements, no of job which found by our candidates are 131 as no. of students were 254. We proud of it as our faculty is very desperate to get the goal. Our overall percentage of success is appx 52% of this year.
We are determined now that our planning and efforts will put us on miracle world that no one can ignore us. We are now established ourselves in some other districts too like Badwani, Raisen, Burhanpur.
We are making good rapport in the coaching field. From classroom to furniture, from blackboard to printing materials ours planning is overall updation according to time and requirements. We are seeing that inspite of rising opportunities in public sectors people are still crazy about Governments job opportunities as this is still most attractive agget in India as compared to job satisfaction etc.
Our society is doing best of its efforts for downtrodden section of society and still feels that large no. of work has to be done for OBC/Sc or Minority students |
| Year 2008-09 |
The institute is proud to tell that due to everybody’s hard effort in the institute it has managed to achieve promising result as each year we are able to increase the number of candidates clearing the competitive examination of state or Union and PMT/PET and all Professional examinations.
Taking into consideration and requirement of the people of small Blocks who find it difficult to move to hub of coaching institute. Keeping in mind such students we working in Bhuranpur and Raisen. As the response we will expand are circuit to give a platform for every aspirant of professional studies, civil services, of union and state and giving more and more exposure at every stage.
We have added up with consultant we are providing with recruitment and placement in private firms, we are giving classes of over all development of personality as getting through an examination is not enough. The theme of the game is to stay in the game, not to quit inbetween. So staying at the top we need to work a bit more hard that is what is we are focusing at. In the process of giving the best from our side we don’t want to leave anybody .
So we trying are best to uplift the society which is underprivileged which is suffering to lack of financial aid to make a better living. We think the the people of OBC/ST/SC/Minority should get better it opportunities to survive in the field of competitive world.
Due to some indispensable reason are success percentage has fallen from 52% to 46% but we are more committed for increase are results.
The students succeded in technical courses like PET/PMT were 123 out of 247 , Selection in PSC/UPSC/Govt. Entrance Examination were satisfactory . Total no. are 139 ,in private placement no. jobs found by candidates are 86 as no. students were 229. We are now focusing on a comprehensive line of action and hoping to achieve better results.
